Warranty Information

Computer Cable Store offers three different warranties for the products that are sold on this website.

• 3 Year Warranty – This warranty covers products for up to 3 years from the invoice date. If the product fails to operate within that 3 years and the failure was not due to abnormal wear and tear it will be replaced.
• Lifetime Warranty – This warranty covers products for their entire life. If there is any failure during the life of the product it will be replace in a timely manner.
• Manufacturer Warranty – This warranty varies based on the manufacturer’s guidelines. Please make sure to contact the manufacturer of the product for all warranty information.

 Some special conditions apply for all warrantied items.

If the item being replaced is discontinued or out of stock you may receive an equivalent part or a refurbished item. All refurbished items are tested and guaranteed to be in working order.

The warranty is voided if the product has abnormal wear and tear due to any other distress caused by misuse. Any alteration to the cables or products that the ComputerCableStore.com sells automatic voids any warranty related to each product. Upon failure of the cable/product baring any misuse the cable will be replaced promptly.
