Shipping & Returns

All standard product orders that are received by 3:00 pm ET (Eastern Time) will be shipped the same day unless notified. Any orders received after 3:00 pm (ET). Will be shipped the following business day.  All orders placed with the ComputerCableStore.com will receive an order confirmation sent via e-mail.  All customers with questions are encouraged to contact us. Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET.    We are subject to UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping schedules. Contact us or UPS/FedEx/USPS directly during holidays to get information about shipping schedules. Customers will be contacted if there will be a shipping delay.

    

Orders shipped outside of the USA and Canada may be charged a minimum of $5.00 handling fee.  The ComputerCableStore.com reserves the right to ship from other locations if necessary. The customer will be notified if shipping change takes place. 

After you place your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation. Please double check your order for accuracy. Our Same Day Shipping Policy leaves little time to correct ordering errors. If you find an error with your order, please contact our customer service department immediately.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that the order status has changed. Click on the link within the e-mail to quickly access tracking information and a tracking number for your shipment. You can access information about any of your current or previous orders by logging into Your Account at the ComputerCableStore.com.

International Orders Please Read:

Please be aware that there may be extra charges (taxes, duty) included by the shipping carrier before the order is delivered. The customers are responsible for all of these charges.


Please note: For quicker delivery of your order, we will ship from multiple locations when possible. Shipping from multiple locations sometimes causes a delay in tracking information which will occasionally result in your order status being updated without tracking information. Rest assured it is on its way. If you ever have any questions or need more detailed information about your shipment, please contact customer service.
